I believe HA still has the option to wait 24 hours before approving them.As a Premier Partner you have access to phone numbers during the inquiry phase.I have seen where others have provided feedback form other booking sites and I have not seen any positive feedback on them.I am even getting bookings through Expedia now since they own HA.

@Wayne Walker, Unfortunately you cannot use a 1031 to purchase improvements on land you already own.

They have access to raw data on your neighborhood and can show you the standard DOM (days on market) and the list to sale price (how much are homes listed for versus what price do they actually sell for?).

This equity (or 75%-80% of it) can be accessed through refinancing every few years or you can let it continue to grow and capture all of it selling the home later.I really like these deals, but it depends if you are looking for cash flow or net worth growth.Avon and Brownsburg are really great areas to check in to... but the numbers have to work.

There was a fair amount of gang activity there which caused quite a bit of trouble for a lot of the developers there initially but once they started hiring a lot of them and getting them off the streets, the resistance has improved a fair amount.
