I'd go the DSCR route!

Although business cc don't report against your personal credit you still want to make sure your personal DTI is good, they're going to look at that too unless you're planning to do like a DSCR loan in which case they usually won't. 

Zarrin  Crowdstreet has traditionally had the largest # of deals to choose from (although at the moment has just a handful). 

I'd say learning more about which market to go to is your next best step.

Do you have  a While Life policy you can take a loan out, although I’m totally against them.Do you have paid off cars or toys you can hock?
