Can someone please recommend good property management companies in Gary, Indiana.Additionally, has anyone invested in Gary, Indiana?

I'd recommend connecting with @Stuart Udis and reading some excellent work on asset protection simplified and attend one of his educational events to learn more.  

In my particular case, it was recommended I get a WY Statutory Trust for each property and then have a separate CA management LLC for our STR's that would rent from these Trusts in lease agreement/rental arbitrage situation.I usually just trust the professionals, as I know you've studied and practiced this for many years, and I'm just entering the space.

After re-reading Pricelabs' section on their recommended base price not including all the various fees (not just cleaning, but for example, Airbnb's own fees, etc.), I've reformulated the base price to consider all these fees so that it better reflects the total price the guest is paying (independent of taxes).

If you haven't already joined the local real estate investing club I would recommend that as well.
