There is one main builder in the area that is booming but again, custom builder $300k + lot.

I'd recommend the site's Ultimate Beginner's Guide to get familiar with some new terminology and go from there.You're lucky you're starting with an in-person investor contact :)

Most tenants do not have an issue supplying them.If you are developing a tenant screening app you would need to remember who your customer is, the landlord, not the tenant.
