I’m looking for some advice on creative financing.Last year I purchased a mobile home with the intention to renovate and rent but unfortunately my work hours got cut and I ended having to sell the property for less then what I paid.

Right now, Since I have low capital I'm looking into mobile homes, that are ready to rent but can still be updated to create equity.

You need to call Kurt Kelley at Mobile Insurance in Houston -- he insures over 3,000 park owners (and most own multiple parks).The amount you are paying sounds way too low.

If you work offshore you know how mobile and free we can be when we are off (I've grew up in Northern CA/have lived in TX, FL and NV).

Also, Elevation Capital that invests in mobile homes and storage takes 1031 money and their fund is open.

You should probably be at a point where you should be on the hunt for mobile home parks or larger commercial apartment buildings
