Spend a few bucks on business cards and your off. 

This replenishes the $22 he spent on the house out of his own pocket and gives him $10 more to either invest in the next house or to replenish his starbucks card

I do find it Ironic.. here on BP you have all these people that just jump up and down about how not to spend a dime on any paid for mentoring or of course a TV Guru.. but they will go out and blow what cash they have and or run up credit cards trying to be a wholesaler  and at the end of the day they get less education than if they paid for a mentor and the burn out rate I suspect is over 95% .. and whatever cash they had is gone and now they are in credit card debt..  

We take care of each others pets in a pinch, exchange holiday cards and share a meal occasionally.

Signed up for a bulk mail permit using pre-cancled stamps bought some  4x6 innvitation size envelopes and blank 4x6 cards in all about .32 cents a letter including postage.

I was thinking about signing up for the Home Depot Commerical Credit card.

Starting at your age, if you play your cards right, you should reach financial security before you hit 40.Forget the LLC right now, that is more of an asset protection move which is not yet needed as you are just starting out. 

When I am doing things like building my website, creating my new business cards how I do incorporated what I can do into one title?
