I had a high paying job and worked from home for a good portion of the time Alex...most importantly very few expenses and the freedom to go through a lot of properties when they were still cheap in my market. 

I am astonished how many freedoms are slowly being removed from this country.  

In terms of travel freedom, Americans can visit Puerto Rico as easily as they could any other state.

They want the freedom to move around, and not be tied down. 

We have freedom of speech .  

Again, my goal is good 60-70% leveraged debt to 1000 front doors and $750,000 cash flow or higher, 15 million on net worth and 50 million in total RE.That's how you DO David Lindahl's Multifamily Millionaire, Del Walmsley's LUI based in Texas financial freedom plan, and Garrett Sutton Rich Dad's personal advisor's Loopholes of RE.  

Freedom is never free and We all owe more than we can know or repay to those brave individuals (past/present) for what they have and do sacrifice.

Probably not a good idea to allow tenants this freedom.
