I'm in the market for a vacation rental on the island.

We are thinking of coinvesting into a student housing project near Brown University (Rhode Island).

I know the island decently well but I am having a hard time find out if you are able to do a cash out refi, after using our heloc as leverage.

I go to the University of Rhode Island and was very interested in what you think about renting to college students.

I have a general contracting company based out of Staten Island, NY.

@Dominique Pradel-Lewis Good evening I my self am from long island and was looking for a REIA meetup group for informational purposes and was lured to a Renatus presentation. 

We put in a large steam shower and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, installed a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a 7-foot island, have a 50" HDTV and HD expanded cable package in the living area.

Similarly, I would like to view my rental units as fortresses, built to withstand the abuse that tenants can inflict upon them.

I have a duplex on whidbey island.
