Can any Ohio real estate agents that own personal rental property answer this question?

(As a landlord, I always do best to fix any issue.. other tenant live without any complain and she is the only one...she say she will report health department etc..)Sametime, She keep saying  she want to move to another apartment (1fl for her mother as her mother has some disability ) she wouldn't leave.I didn't like turnover and it is section 8, I was going to let her stay til she find the new home.

Does other non-real estate related business income affect this?

I'm not sure if I'm budgeting too much for expenses or if that's just how the market is in my area because it is very difficult to find anything that cash flows positive.

Find a reputable roofing company-look at online reviews and find one that has been in business for a while...ideally local company.Inspect the roof-are shingles curling? 

But you do need to find the second best.

Recently I've been trying to get into real estate by wholesaling so then I could get some experience but when I skip trace nobody will answer the phone!

It seems like finding them hasn't been as easy as I'd expected.

You might be best fit finding those in between deals. 

Do you invest that cashflow in an asset other than real estate?
