Seo is one of its legs and a very important one if not set up correctly you will not come up on 1-3 pages on google to be found and generate leads for google.All tools wordpress, dreamweaver, etcc have a learning curve the question is which should u start with, and selecting the right one can either help or hurt you.There is much to learn but of slew of choices which should u go with.In my research when I had to switch from microsoft frontpage due to lack of support they stopped supporting it, I had to decide on another web publishing tool.I decided on xsitepro although I also use wordpress.

Rob,What I have seen is, the seller will lower the final purchase price by 3%.

He finally uploaded photos the day before guests arrived and the place looked decent but there were a lot of things that were shoddily done.
