From what I've seen, the non-american and non-European imported workforce lives very 3rd world and is happy with that, vs renting apartments.Perhaps things have changed since I last looked, but if these are your intended renters make sure Apartments are popular with them.Good Luck!

Apartments are generally either owned by landlords individually or they are part of big complexes that belong to REIT-like structures.Also, if you want to rent a place long term, don't forget that European countries are social democracies (some Americans would say socialist countries) so the laws are even more in favour of the tenants that they are in the most tenant friendly US states and Canadian provinces.

@Ross Denman   it always kills me when sellers offer to sell for less than market value.. the reality is what your selling it for IS MARKET value if it was worth more you would sell it for more .. that's the American way and simple capitalistic logic.Sounds like your moving into TK  status.. wish you the best with it... there are some new players In Indy...

Has your/any attorney suggested you sell at least one of the properties then at court find out why their insurance didnt pay (Every American is required to have Health Insurance aren't they)?
