That looks like a good plan from my perspective, except that $2,250 closing costs.

We offer 1.5% up to $500k rates but we don't d anything in PA since they are exceptionally interesting on those types of deals. 

My credit score is 800 and no debt except for our home mortgage.

All the major appliances are in it and function perfectly except for washer and dryer, which weren't in my new house, so I took those with me.Rent:  Zillow says $1675.  

I'll try to convince them that reporting issues is cheaper for their pockets than not doing it :) Most of them (except 2) do report problems immediately, even small ones.

I currently have a 16 acre parcel zoned as rural residential 10 that I would like to break into 3 parcels, essentially re-zoning as rural residential 5, but our county has recently buckled down on parcel divisions so I want to hear what others have done to get the county to grant a re-zoning request or an exception for a specific lot/ lots.

The place has a very 1970's feel except the newer flooring.

@Ujwal Velagapudi - The units themselves are separately metered for everything except water usage, however each unit has its own hot water heater.
