Haven't you figured out that the Country's Press / Media has been (with very few exceptions) in the Democratic party's pocket for years - the New York Times (biased story teller in chief) just did a mea cupla on the subject today - promising it would never do it again - yeah sureName your foreign leaders and provide their post election cites/quotes, or are these just more lies from the liars in chief 2) I've been around the world enough times to know that what the intolerant left represents as the opinions of foreign leaders is almost without exception total garbage.

When I run my APOD, I get the following numbers: Synopsis Purchase Price $ 270,000 Downpayment 20 % $ 54,000 Amount Financed $ 216,000 Gross Income $ 27,600 NOI $ 16,004 Debt Service $ 16,416.60 Monthly "Cash Flow" $ (34.38)This is assuming 7% for PM, Reserves and Vacancy, with tenants paying all bills, except Insurance (1000/yr), taxes (3000/yr) and HOA fee of 1800/yr.
