Hey everyone I am fairly new to the BP community and investing however I have loved real estate ever since I was a kid.I have worked as a marketing consultant for a new home developer here in the SF Bay Area.I am looking to do some VA work for investors to learn more about this side of the industry.Any tips on how to go about getting the first few clients? 

I haven't decide what I'm going to do yet because my previous offer just got declined =(  If I do ever land a deal it will be my first rehab project, I guess I can do the the design work just by looking at some reference catalog or get ideas from looking at new houses.  

Also I did recently add a PMI equation into my numbers just didn't include it for what ever reason.Thanks!

Has anyone ever had any success by filing a complaint with the State? 

It has been my dream for years to become independent and grow my own business in investing.

Make sure it's diverse and has a growing population.

I think they're still operating only in California(correct me if I'm wrong) and haven't read much other than forum comments or a post from this OC broker http://malakaisparks.com/why-haus-will-fail/.The sites traffic doesn't seem to be growing much so who thinks this is still going somewhere?

Right now I have 45 properties I'm marketing to my buyers list (which is growing daily).Also an easy way to find buyers is to get with your local RE Agent and when you get a contract with a seller, then ask the agent to give you a list of properties that have been bought in that neighborhood with all cash in the last 3 years.

I've learned more over the past few months than I ever expected.
