And, of course, you shouldn't buy anything with so little cash flow anyhow...On the other hand, if you've ever played the cash flow board game you will have noticed that there are cycles to everything, and while there are times to buy assets, there are also times to pay off debt.

What ever is the best way to pull equity with bad credit please let me know your opinion. 

Traditional investments are more hands off, but I would work on growing the account a bit before you get into buying individual properties.

My passion continues to grow and Im thinking about more significant investments now.
