Hey @Liam OKeefe, I think the best way to find out where to invest is to reverse engineer the process.

The one that drove the economy, even inside the bay area, is the wage growth of tech-based engineers.City within bay area that has less engineer is lagging the market.

While some of these buildings fails in high winds and huge snowloads, that's more of a function of engineering.

The sellers disclosure said an engineer recommended the back of the house's foundation be repaired.

@Jorge Leon - Either option will make you money....I think you have to reverse engineer and figure out what your end goal is, risk tolerance, and whether you want this to be an active or passive investment.
