Hey Tony, what you're describing is entirely possible but it's not easy like many may lead you to believe.I went from zero to 12 doors in Detroit in 2.5 years.

If the damage is that bad, they should be replacing the dry wall in the ceiling; if it is a small stain it is an easy cover up with primer/spray paint and repainting it.
