If you buy a sustainable product correctly you can still make great money no matter what market cycle.

Just wondering if there are folks out there willing to share their experience in the larger product space.

What I am doing is took out HELOC on other property I have to use as capital for renovations, then plan is to refi to pay myself back and lock property in for consistent income production. 

@Calvin Ozanickor those who are able to save more than $30k a year or have substantial liquidity (over 200k), being a landlord and especially flipping is a lot of work.

I went to one as a guest and I am thinking it was the same year.. they had all sorts of different products for sale there.IRA set ups  asset protection  Lots in Lehigh FLA  rental houses in Detroit  etc etc.
