In addition to needing to re-do the patio which is held up by rotting railroad ties, the well needs a new casing, the pool need a new plaster lining and I recently covered the expense of a flood (which insurance didn't cover).

We have serious air pollution problems from wildfires, atmospheric inversions, and now the drying Great Salt Lake--which has a salt bed contaminated with lead, arsenic, and numerous other pollutants that get carried into the air by our frequent wind storms.
