Find both on Instagram, too.If you have money, you can start figuring out ways to market to distressed sellers...Bandit Signs, Cold Calling, FB ads, RVM, and text blasting...If you don't, you can take a tank of gas along with your time and do Driving for Dollars.Idk where you're at in your experience and education, but that's where I've started.

Looking for an agent well-versed in vacation and rental properties in the Finger Lakes region, within 3hrs drive of Buffalo.

I actually saw the property while driving by and did some research, found the owner and reached out to them. 

It was a pretty long drive roughly an hour and 20 minutes from home.

I’m located in Venice, California so I want to keep what investment I get into within an hour or twos drive especially if I bought something that i would rent out.

I'd love to drive around a brand new 4Runner because they look so nice, but my '06 serves me just fine and I don't care about a small ding in the back door.
