I'm in same boat OP, I can't figure out how to cash flow on some of these 5-700k homes, then HOA fees, and Insurance.

The alternative, what people like the OP seem to be after, is having someone who has laid out that clear, straight-line path A to Z you can follow with all the mistakes of that path taken care of, and a network of people on the exact same path.  

I'm sure it's a much more useful tool than I give it credit for but if you are starting out in real estate or the str game (as indicated by the op) my suggestion is that you need to build on the fundamentals of real estae investing and learn your business not learn how to navigate a tool that may or may not provide value to your particular business.

LOL.. took it to my normal bank had the loan in a week or so.. have not gone back but I might I got a big one lined up here in Oregon he may want to look at.like I said tax returns for self employeed unless your in the industry like the OP are greek to most.

OP should also be aware that most condotels are non-warrantable making seller financing and cash your most likely purchase options.

I have similar thoughts as the OP.

Regardless, my advice to the OP would be the same.
