By the time you are going after large enough properties that lenders aren't pulling your credit, you will have a large enough asset base and large enough bank/investment accounts that I would guess your credit score will not be an issue.With $40k of profit in the project, and cash flow in $200 range, it will still take you over 16 years just to earn back your equity.
