Self Storage rates are more in line at about 11-12%.Its a high risk asset class.

The limiting factor was that each listing needs to be manually considered and that Bright MLS limits me to exports of 5,000 lines at a time.

If I was your buyer, I would have liked to see an accent color on the shingled areas under your roof gables, but again a lot of this is personal.
