Anyway, it is a very flexible system which integrates blogging, audio, listing sharing among brokers, 'for rent" listings, and a full "back office" for client managment and follow up with autoresponders, etc.

Unlike the stock market, where tens of thousands of analysts are analyzing most every stock out there, real estate is an inefficent market where a determined and savvy investor can search out and exploit market opportunities before the herd discovers them.I feel like there should be an American flag waving behind me right now with the Star Spangled Banner playing in the background, but to me real estate is what America and capitalism are all about: with some hard work, determination, guts and grit _anyone_ can succeed in this great land of opportunity.

Mike just went to your blog thru your link, did not know you are a landlord, more then likely this is the direction that I will be taking in time to create that retirement vehicle I need.

What was discovered is if you make a product and then make a "mystique" about the product with a huge price-sticker people will be fooled.

(That's buy side escrow) I put my info so I don't beat up on this blog.  

Back when it was $30K I discovered it was much cheaper to pay cash for low dollar houses.
