This may have been addressed somewhere else, but i haven't been able to find anything that pertains specifically to contractors.

Each one I have spoken to in detail I find out they only really lend on the LTV and not rehab costs.

The property management company takes that account recievable and places it as an expense against owners earnings until the previous tenant pays or the property management company addresses the account recievable with the tenants deposit.5.
