So I'm wondering what strategies there are for determining the class of a neighborhood (i.e. labeling certain neighborhoods as A-class, B-class, C-class, warzone, etc..)?

New equipment can really drive down these costs and create a fresh allure for customers, bringing in new business from competition.

As the others said, poor marketing, poor management, poor pictures, poor customer service, poor housekeeping and owner usage are just some of the factors that can equal poor ROI.
