Just on the business level for landlords to be as specific as possible with their requirements and give detailed line item dispositions. 

Granted things take a long time in this business but leaving no stone unturned also yields fruits.

With all the businesses and corporations moving to Columbus the area is going to grow and expand and flourish for years and years to come.

I've met tons of people I've done business with from IMN conferences.

I have a BS degree in Business (Organizational Leadership) from Union University. 

@Johnathon Jenkins so even though the liability is covered, am I potentially missing out on certain loan programs for small businesses?

I would start to see if your local high school, middle school etc have any teachers or people teaching business.
