There may be some wiggle room, but you would have to be a strong buyer, great negotiator, and know your numbers.

I find that areas in my desired markets zoned for 2-4 flats are being driven up by first-time home buyers looking to be saavy and "house hack".I love the idea, definitely a fan of the theory!!

Does the house REALLY need to be staged or was it rehabbed well enough to get the attention of a buyer as is.Like I said..
