As Tim said, this is really pie in the sky and certainly nothing to influence immediate business decisions. 

It is effecting the general economy some but more of a return to normal than the extra boost of money that the drilling craze brought. 

My thoughts were to open up a HELOC on my current rental to boost my credit limit and possibly use later on other properties as down payments and refinance them.   

Are we talking the hours that there are daylight so you can accurately see the paint job and now be influenced by the shading of artifical light?

After being a member for a couple of months, I decided the Influence and voting system didn't deserve my attention.

If the reason the property is empty has more to do with the surrounding area (high crime) then I'm more nervous since those are factors that are much harder to influence.

I know that when Boost Mobile had the plan that reduced your cell phone bill the longer you stayed, it certainly kept me around.What do you folks think?

Anyway, sounds like u have a good opp to meet new gcs... don't stick to just one... diversify for backup purposes.I'd give my family a second chance on a v short leash.. but that's bc its family and my guilt n obligation wud influence the more efficient route of finding another.
