Smaller amounts are seen as a line of credit like a credit card and will appear to your credit that you are maxed out in that account.

They were not even able to payoff the Private Loan.The bottom line is if you want to make sure you can pull 100% of the cash needed to payoff any acquisition loans, reclaim rehab, holding, and closing costs form the Refi loan make sure you establish a solid ARV first. 

I've got the same lined up tomorrow and next week.I am really wanting to make a purchase in the next 3 months and plan on doing my best to network and develop local relationships, and at the same time interviewing as many out of state turnkey providers as possible.
