Hello, I was wondering if anyone here has experience with alternative fee arrangements for property managers, specifically for a small portfolio of single family home rentals.

You and your agent will have to coordinate with the loan officer/mortgage processor to arrange the renovation inspection and obtain a cost to cure figure.

You can always choose to work a reasonable arrangement where everyone can win.  

You have to check people in, respond to requests, complaints, arranging cleaning crews, handyman, lawn / pool maintenance, walk-throughs, responsible for accounting etc.
