My husband and I have been running a heating and AC biz for over 3 years now, we do it all; commercial, residential, new construction, equipment replacements, custom duct design & fabrication, service, maintenance, repairs...

Wanted to find out if you anyone had some good apps they are using to manage rental properties...Everything from tenants paying rent to reporting monthly expenses. 

The official zoning is C-RS (commercial rural service) but as the home was built is 1919 so it is existing, non-conforming and can be used as a SFH or commercial business.

This project is a revitalization of an old community center that has been out of service for many years.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a snow removal service in the South Chicago area?

I heard of LLC services provided by Garrett Sutton (from Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad) but don't know how it works.

If so, what do you think of their service?

I wrote a blog recently about some of the overall trends and gradual evolution of the PM industry primarily focused on the evolving consumer services expectations.

The board is suggesting 3-4 weeks which would kill my chances of renting to this particular applicant.
