I now have an LLC with a business checking account and credit card that I just established to separate my business transactions and personal.

I am looking at multiple properties for sale at a decent price but wanted to check what you all have to say about the terms for seller financing.

You might also need to check and find out if there is a Judicial process after the 3 years which makes it more like 4 years.  

The communication starts long before check in. 

It's also about understanding the market, having folks or a team there that can help you, and making sure it's viable for you personally.If this property checks those boxes, ignore anyone that downplays the returns not being high enough.

TurboTax should've handled that for you, but if it didn't, maybe double-check your settings or give their support a shout.

@Chris F. if you find a smaller collection agency, service will suffer.We've used many and the biggest challenge is that they're unorganized and don't give regular updates.
