FYI, Home Depot is selling 6 packs of battery powered CO detectors now for about $95

I looked at a building that had a 3 bdrm/2bath owner unit with a humungous RV garage.

Unfortunately, this means that if these buyers are successful, they may not renew in 10 months, so we have to pack everything up and find somewhere to live.

For example, if an incoming tenant had something mailed to the house while the old tenant was moving out, and the outgoing tenant 'packed' the box up with their stuff, can i disclose one tenant to the other?

They have a lot of personal belongings and the unit is very crowded/packed in.

one risk i would see is it is much easier to "pack" up and move on with so little in the home.
