There are other options to get cash out however, such as a HELOAN or regular cash out refinance.

If so, what financing option would be best?

Hello everyone, I am new to Bigger Pockets.

I am listening to bigger pockets podcasts as well as currently reading "Set for Life" and am looking forward to reading "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" next.

I am trying to reach out to local bank to see if they can give any options. 

Just trying to figure out our options here, would love to keep the interest rate if possible for obvious reasons.

If i purchase this HOA/COA lien i am wondering what are my options when it comes to the mortgage. i know there are 4 options for sure1) Notify the lender of the situation and payoff the mortgage2) Don't do anything, rent it out and let it get foreclosed on3) Flip the property quickly as possible before it gets foreclosed on (the mortgage will get paid off)4) Sell the property as is at a slight discount to recent comps (the mortgage will get paid off)This is the one I'm not so sure about5) Notify the lender of the situation and let me continue making the payments on the mortgage for a long term rental playmy question is, is #5 doable?

In 2022, I sold quite a few stock options so my taxes that year were a lot higher than normal years and I was expecting 2023 to go back to what I consider normal.
