I don’t have examples because I focus on brrr but often I get leads or see opportunities like this in my market and I often think if more investors were in the traditional 20% down camp + open to minor value add they would open up a door to further possibilities

The partnership we created and the other investors I helped with acquisitions were not deals that happened overnight.

I haven't really checked into it, but many marinas don't allow overnights at all.
