I am looking to househack in my local area, Beaver County PA to be specific, and I know some people who have done the "rent by the room" strategy but they invest in other parts of the U.S. and I was wondering if it is market dependent or not?

I already got a letter from rent board saying i told them to leave which is false. yes this is SF,CA. people wonder why rent is expensive in sf its because landlord like us always get screwed by these tenant.

If you really need a partner, consider looking into local meetups and regional conferences to meet people.
