I'm looking for good recommendations of MLO's (Mortgage Loan Originators) specifically for mobile homes here in Indiana as I'm seller financing the trailers.

All:A broker I do a lot of deals with brought me an off-market Mobile Home Park.  

It might be helpful to find a local mobile notary as you may need one.

Is there room to put mobile homes/RVs?

Forms can have drop downs so they have to choose a valid response etc.Good articles on their site too to improve your SEO, sachability, make it mobile friendly etc.

My last cash buys were an old mobile on land (wanted the lot), and a condo and house needing too many repairs to appraise. 

The desktop version is fine but their mobile app for Iphone is terrible.

There is a mobile home park .5 mile away where they could stay for about half the money, but no washer/dryer, no full kitchen, no wifi, no smart tv, or individual rooms.What would you suggest I do to keep these guys in my STR and keep them happy?
