This is especially since you also mentioned something about living abroad, and international tax and law are pretty complex that a typical CPA may not be well versed in international consequences.

@Ben Leybovich I have increased it to $500 and the deal is a little tight, but still works.General interior and X terrier maintenance and repairs including the parking lot are linen item  maintenance costs.Major building improvements  interior, exterior and parking lot would be considered capital expenditures.

I’m curious if any of you REIs, who flip and hold single-family homes, find it beneficial to have an Interior Designer on your team?

And if they have to drill holes for interior piers, you pretty much will have to replace the entire flooring. $$$$3.

Only issue I’ve ever had is the internal setting going from “normal” to “lockout” occasionally on its own.
