If the hostname isn't the URL of your site it's probably botsYou can also look at bounce rate and if it's like 98%+ it's even more likely its botsWhat I like to do is create a copy of the View/Profile and enable the option to filter out bots.

I've used MLS, Zillow and other public databases, as well as private databases available for a fee; and although some services (not zillow, etc. but private software packages) do have interesting tools for easily pulling aggregates of properties, I can duplicate that in the MLS fairly easily.
