My first thought is to just add a unit to the end of the cabinets on the left side of the picture. 

Cabinet and floor in from of sink need to be repaired/replaced.

You can purchase the mobile home at wholesale cost and sell to your customer for retail.

A recent poll, as seen on Bank Innovation, revealed that the banking customers 35-year old and younger are inclined to use non-bank services like Square or PayPal over traditional banking services.

Some are strictly spec home builders with few optional changes and others are more like custom home builders allowing major changes to be reviewed for approval.

I couldn't find it...I think that the reason is that every structure has slight variations and really has to be custom built in exact conformance to each individual operating agreement.  

But its about customer satisfaction for him. you won't see anyone on BP ragging about how they got ripped off from him..

Its about listening to your customer base.
