I definitely want to invest in the state of Florida, have been caught between Tampa and Miami.I'm currently budgeting for a PP of $400k and under, but was pre approved for more so there is some wiggle room for the right deal.

It should be a lot less confusing than using spreadsheets.I'd recommend having a look to see which app fits your priority (for example, some are geared towards tenant screening, rent collection, accounting, or reporting).
