The bank has started the eviction process 3 MONTHS ago but will cease once the property is sold allowing the new buyer to continue the process.

I think it's interesting that all they say they want to settle for a serious medical issue is the deposit amount.

Conventional loans allow you to drop or cease insurance payments once a certain criteria is reached without having to necessarily pay to refinance out of the existing loan.
