weatherproof storage and no lifting of appliances, just run them up the ramp.

@Jeff Howard  note investing with Norris group or any other fixed income company is apples and oranges to owing the asset.  

Also, unless cashflow from your current SFH covers these utilities in full then you should not include them in your current condo calculations either if you want a true apples to apples comparison, if that makes sense. 

here is no reason to shop anyone else those are awesome rates as long as its on drawn funds.. not sure what type of assets your buying .. buy and hold have cheaper rates than spec or rehab loans. so have to compare apples

Maybe others have experience with lift or Uber but my experience (albeit limited as a driver) was you’ll spent a lot more time driving around, wasting gas and putting miles in your car then actually making money.

He does a lot of pier wiring for new piers and boat lifts .
