I paid cash for a house with a 401k loan 4 years ago.

They move in February 15th with a one-year lease.

The agreed upon interest rate is 5% amortized over 40 years, but in reality the buyer is reducing that to 30 years by paying 2969.80/month. 

The purchase prices are cheaper, the supply/demand ratios are much more favorable, the cash flow is higher and more reliable and you can take advantage of the massive growth Atlanta is expected to see in the coming years and decades.

We have been switching back to laminate this year in our Berwyn and Cicero rentals as the renter pool has been ok with it. 

Is this possible in 5 years and, if so, what are some ways I can accomplish this with where I'm currently at?
