@Jesus Sanchez you don't have to pass up the profits, share them, I could potentially help you as I use to live in the Miami area for a long time and have family still living there.

The condo building is made up of 3 owners with equal shares in the association (33.33%). 

I'm careful not to over charge for rent but you can get the higher side of the market rent because 3 to 5 people are sharing the rent. 

There is sufficient equity at the numbers you shared to do so.When the owner of record (with the tax lien) sells the property, the tax lien will be satisfied from the proceeds of the sale from escrow, prior to the seller receiving any of the sale proceeds.
