Hi Everyone, I am looking at buying a 15 SFH portfolio in Detroit, I wanted to do a DSCR loan (total purchase $852k) but most I can find say 1 - 4 properties, all the numbers check out and make it very viable.  

If the numbers do not look promising, they will not lend and that tells you something was not figured correctly. 

What are odd of obtaining property doing this?

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.
