What are those auctions called or how do I find the websites that posts those listings where the auction in only hours away?

I've basically stopped posting since they downgraded, sorry redesigned, the website, I can't get past the extremely annoying forums page.

I'm having trouble finding comps to estimate ARV for my potential house because no other houses have this view/water area and there are few other ranch houses in this city.Does anyone know a source/website where I can see the sold prices for houses on just Smith Street so I can compare apples to apples?

Oh, the thing is though, everything i have researched is all american/canadian...all the forums i have been on, websites, youtube videos etc.
