Most of my deals are SFH and am not buying as many for myself these days as we are mostly buying for our investors.Just finishing up a rehab on a B+ property.$36,000 purchase$20,000 rehab$1,100pm rentShowing around 16-17% net after all costs.Probably rent to a doctor as its within 2min drive of the biggest hospital in Toledo.Thanks

All my research indicates 35068 is a A-/B+ area, but this street lies on the border on Tarrant, which is a C area and based on proximity, it may even be zoned for Tarrant middle school/high.
