You can also send your listing to agent by email.When selecting an agent - interview them, ask how many of this type homes have you sold - are you successful, how much did you earn last year - ask for a marketing proposal - where and when will you advertise, how many open houses - will you do a virtual video recording, what websites will you put the house on - will you hand delivery flyers in the neighborhood - will you send out post cards (home many?)

I'm from NJ and finding deals here on such properties is virtually impossible (I could be wrong), so I'm starting to look at more affordable and possibly cash flow positive investments in Dallas, Philadelphia, Raleigh area (on loopnet!).
