The risk, obviously is that if an inspection reveals something major, it could delay and further complicate their ability to sell the property.So I cannot buy the property until I have the inspection that I'm not allowed to have.... ?

The part that had me puzzled was that he was going to have his title company send the funds to buy a property I hadn't closed on yet so it would have complicated things a little.

Home Depot has several nice vanity options that included the tops for under $200.In addition to the master bath upgrade, we eliminated an unnecessary hallway area and exterior doorway to add a nice master bedroom closet with Martha Stewart shelving.
